Chicken Filling For Canapes

INGREDIENTS

1 cn (1 lb. 14 oz) Chicken, boned
1 cup Celery, finely chopped
1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup Pimientos, diced
1 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1/2 tsp. Curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain chicken and dice into fine pieces. Mix chicken with the remaining ingredients. Place filling on assortment of crackers, bread strips or rounds. Decorate with sliced olives, pimientos, pickle chips, or a sprig of parsley or watercress.
