INGREDIENTS
2 qt Sugar, granulated
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Water, hot
3 qt Juice(3-32 oz cn), grape, frozen, concentrated
1/2 cup Juice, lemon (optional)
4 3/4 gal Water, cold
3 gal Ice(12 lb), crushed or cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dissolve sugar and salt in the 1 1/2 gal hot water.
2. Add juices and the 4 3/4 gal cold water to sugar solution. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Add ice just before serving.
