INGREDIENTS
1 gal Sugar, granulated
1 1/2 Water, hot
1 qt Juice(1-32 oz cn), lemon, frozen, concentrated
4 1/2 gal Water, cold
3 gal Ice(12 lb), crushed or cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Dissolve sugar in the 1 1/2 gal hot water. Cool.
2. Add juices and the 4 1/2 gal cold water to sugar solution. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Add ice just before serving.
NOTE: 8 dozen lemons(24 lb will yield 1 gal juice and may be used in Step 2, use 3 3/4 gal cold water.
