Orange And Pineapple Juice Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

2 qt. (2-32 oz cn) juice, orange, frozen, concentrated
2 gal (5 2/3-No. 3 cyl cn) juice, pineapple, canned
1 1/2 gal. water, cold
6 lb. ice, crushed

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients: stir. Cover and refrigerate. Add ice just before serving.

NOTE: 1. 5 2/3-No. 3 cyl cn canned orange juice maybe used in frozen orange juice. Omit water.
2. 2-15 1/2 oz cn canned, instant orange juice may be used. Use 7 1/2 qt water.
3. If desired, equal parts of chilled, reconstituted orange juice and chilled pineapple juice may be combined, as needed, just before serving.
