INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp Salt
2 qt Sugar(3 lb 8 oz), granulated
1 1/2 Water, hot
1/2 cup Juice, lemon
12 qt Juice, pineapple, canned
2 1/2 gal Water, cold
3 gal Ice(12 lb), crushed or cubed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Dissolve salt and sugar in the 1 1/2 gal hot water. Cool.
2. Add juices and the 2 1/2 gal cold water to sugar solution. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
3. Add ice just before serving.
