INGREDIENTS
3 qt (1-No. 10 cn) roll mix
4 2/3 tbsp. (1 1/2 oz) yeast, active, dry
1 qt. (variable) water, warm
INSTRUCTIONS
Follow instructions on roll mix container for mixing and proofing dough. Divide dough into 4 pieces, 1 lb 10 oz each. Roll each piece into long rectangle, 3/8 inch thick and 7 inches wide. Place on greased sheet pan 1 inch apart. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
