Cinnamon Sugar Nut Filling

INGREDIENTS

5 tbsp. (1 1/4 oz) cinnamon, ground
5 1/3 cups (2 lb) sugar, brown
2 qt. (2 lb) chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over dough as directed. Sprinkle chopped nuts over cinnamon sugar mixture.

NOTE:
1. When used as a topping, sprinkle over top of rolls after baking.
2. 4 1/2 cups (2 lb) granulated sugar may be substituted for brown sugar.
