INGREDIENTS
5 tbsp. (1 1/4 oz) cinnamon, ground
5 1/3 cups (2 lb) sugar, brown
2 1/4 qt (3 lb) raisins
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over dough as directed. Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain well. Sprinkle raisins over cinnamon sugar mixture.
NOTE:
1. When used as a topping, sprinkle over top of rolls after baking.
2. 4 1/2 cups (2 lb) granulated sugar may be substituted for brown sugar.
