1 qt. (2 lb) butter or margarine

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter or margarine. Brush over sheeted dough, bread, rolls, or coffee cakes, after make-up and after baking.

NOTE: Shortening, or a combination of butter or margarine and shortening, may be used.
