Cornstarch Wash

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup (1 1/3 oz)
1 qt. water

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil; cook until clear. Brush on bread and rolls before and immediately after baking.

NOTE: Keep wash warm. Reheat, if necessary.
