INGREDIENTS
3 cups (1-No. 2 1/2 cn) apricots, canned
3/4 cup syrup, blended
1 cup (8 oz) sugar, granulated
INSTRUCTIONS
Force apricots and juice through strainer to make a smooth puree. Add syrup and sugar to apricots; bring to a boil; boil about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Brush warm glaze over rolls or coffee cakes immediately after baking.
NOTE: This glaze may be used for a variety of sweet dough products.
