Egg Wash

INGREDIENTS

1 cup (5 eggs) eggs, whole, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. (1 3/4 oz) milk, nonfat, dry
1 7/8 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ingredients and mix well. Brush over shaped dough before proofing.

NOTE: 1. Keep wash cool until used.
2. 2 cups other types of milk may be substituted for the nonfat dry milk and water.
