INGREDIENTS
3 1/4 gal (14-No. 2 1/2 cn) hominy, whole, canned
2 tsp. pepper, black
3 tbsp. (2 oz) salt
1 1/2 cups (12 oz) butter or margarine
1/2 cup (1 oz) parsley, fresh, chopped or 2 tbsp. paprika, ground
INSTRUCTIONS
Add pepper and salt to hominy. Heat slowly, without draining, for 20 minutes. Drain. Add butter or margarine. Garnish with pasrley or paprika.
