INGREDIENTS
3 1/4 gal (14-No. 2 1/2 cn) hominy, whole, canned
1 tsp. pepper, black
1 1/2 tbsp. (1 oz) salt
4 cups (2 lb) bacon fat
1/2 cup (1 oz) parsley, fresh, chopped or 2 tbsp. paprika, ground
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain hominy. Saute hominy in 4 cups (2 lb) bacon fat until lightly browned. Add salt and pepper. Garnish with pasrley or paprika.
