200 eggs (20 lb) eggs, whole
enough to cover - water, hot

INSTRUCTIONS

Cover eggs with hot water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. DO NOT BOIL. Remove from water; serve immediately.
