Temperature: 350 degrees F. Oven
INGREDIENTS
3 1/4 qt. (3 lb) flour, wheat pastry, sifted
2 1/4 tbsp. (1 oz) baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. (1 oz) salt
2 cups (8 oz) nuts, chopped
1 qt. (20 eggs) eggs, whole
3 1/2 qt. (5 lb) sugar, brown
2 tbsp. vanilla
3 cups (1 lb 8 oz) salad oil
2-12 oz pkg (1 lb 8 oz) chocolate, semi-sweet chips
INSTRUCTIONS
Sift together twice, flour, baking powder, and salt. Place in mixer bowl.
Add nuts, eggs, salad oil and blend together. Add chcolate chips; brown sugar; vanilla. Stir into flour mixture.
Spread 6 lb 8 oz batter into well greased sheet pan. Bake 30 minutes. When cool, cut each pan 6 by 18.
