Egg and Water Wash

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. (1 oz) sugar (optional)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground (optional)
1 cup water
6 tbsp (2 eggs) eggs, whole

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix dry ingredients together. Add water. Add eggs and whip until thoroughly combined. Brush on rolls or pies before and during baking.

NOTE: This wash will cover 13 to 17 pies.
