INGREDIENTS
17-2 crust pie shells, unbaked
2 1/4 gal (22 lb 8 oz or 3 No. 10 cn) mincemeat, canned
3 qt. (6 lb or 1-No.10 cn) apples, canned, chopped
2 1/4 cups (1 lb) sugar, granulated
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Two-Crust Pie Shells. Set aside. Combine mincemeat, apples, and sugar. Mix together well. Pour about 3 1/2 cups filling into each unbaked pie shell. Cover with top crust. Seal edges. Bake 45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut 6 wedges per pie.
