INGREDIENTS
1-No. 2 1/2 cn (1 lb 8 oz) dessert powder, gelatin, strawberry
1 qt. boiling water
3 qt. (6 lb) strawberries, partially thawed
2 tbsp. juice, lemon
2 1/2 qt. water, cold
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in 1 qt boiling water. Add strawberries, juice and cold water. Stir gently until fruit thaws completely.
NOTE: 1. 4 oz lemons A.P. (1 lemon) will yield 2 tbsp juice.
2. If sauce is not to be served immediately, cover and refrigerate.
