INGREDIENTS
3 qt. (7 lb) topping, dessert and bakery products, frozen
INSTRUCTIONS
Defrost topping to a temperature of 40 degrees F. (Topping should be defrosted in refrigerator until tiny ice crystals remain). Pour into chilled mixer bowl. Using whip, whip on medium speed for 10 minutes or until stiff peaks are formed. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
