Temperature: 400 degrees F. Oven

INGREDIENTS

12 lb 8 oz Canadian style bacon

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice into 1 or sliced (200 slices). Place slices in a single layer on sheet pans and bake 10 to 12 minutes in 400 degree F. oven or until bacon sizzles.
