INGREDIENTS
25 lb. fish portions, frozen
1 1/2 qt. (3 lb) butter or margarine, melted
4 tbsp. paprika, ground
INSTRUCTIONS
Place fish in greased pans. Brush fish with melted butter or margarine; sprinkle with paprika. Bake 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
NOTE: 1. Do not thaw fish portions before baking or frying.
2. Portions should not touch while baking.
