INSTRUCTIONS

Trim, wash, and prepare lettuce. Shred, tear, or coarsely cut lettuce. Cover and refrigerate.

NOTE: 13 lb 8 oz fresh lettuce A.P. will yield 10 lb trimmed lettuce.
