INSTRUCTIONS

Trim, wash, and prepare lettuce. Cut each head into 8 wedges. Cover and refrigerate.

NOTE: 18 lb 4 oz fresh lettuce A.P. will yield 13 lb 8 oz trimmed lettuce.
