INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp. mustard, ground
2 tbsp. paprika, ground
5 tbsp. salt
1/2 cup (4 oz) sugar, granulated
4 tbsp. (2 oz) onions, dry, minced
1 1/2 qt. vinegar
2 3/4 qt. salad oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine mustard, paprika, salt, and sugar; blend well. Add onions and vinegar; mix well. Add oil gradually, stirring constantly. Cover and refrigerate. Shake or beat well before using.
