INGREDIENTS
200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 qt. (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
1 qt. (2 lb) salad dressing
200 slices (10 lb) bacon, cooked, crisp
48 each (12 lb) tomatoes, fresh, sliced
5 lb. lettuce, fresh, trimmed
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread Salad Dressing on buttered bread. For each sandwich: Place lettuce, 2 slices bacon, 2 to 3 slices tomatoes on 1 slice of bread; cover with second slice of bread.
NOTE: 10 lb bacon A.P. will yield about 200 slices cooked bacon.
