Bacon And Lettuce Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 qt. (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
1 qt. (2 lb) salad dressing
300 slices (15 lb) bacon, cooked, crisp
5 lb. lettuce, fresh, trimmed

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread Salad Dressing on buttered bread. For each sandwich: Place lettuce, 3 slices bacon on 1 slice of bread; cover with second slice of bread.

NOTE: 15 lb bacon A.P. will yield about 300 slices cooked bacon.
