Bacon Cheese and Tomato Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 qt. (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
1 qt. (2 lb) salad dressing
200 slices (10 lb) bacon, cooked, crisp
48 each (12 lb) tomatoes, fresh, sliced
100 slices (6 lb 8 oz) cheddar or swiss cheese, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread Salad Dressing on buttered bread. For each sandwich: Place 1 slice cheese, 2 slices bacon, 2 slices tomatoes on 1 slice of bread; cover with second slice of bread.

NOTE: 10 lb bacon A.P. will yield about 200 slices cooked bacon.
