Deviled Ham Hoagie

INGREDIENTS

3 3/4 gal. (20 lb) ham, cooked, ground
1 1/2 qt. (3 lb) relish, pickle, sweet, drained
1/2 cup (4 oz) mustard, prepared
3 qt. (6 lb) Salad Dressing
1 qt. (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
100 rolls (25 lb) French, 4 oz rolls
3 lb. (4 lb A.P.) lettuce, shredded
10 lb. (11 lb 4 oz A.P.) tomatoes, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine ham and relish; mix together lightly. Combine mustard and Salad Dressing; add to ham mixture. Spread 1 half buttered roll with 1/2 cup filling, 2 slices of tomato and shredded lettuce top with second half of buttered roll.
