INGREDIENTS

200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 qt. (2 lb) butter or margarine, softened
3 qt. (7 lb 2 oz) peanut butter
4 qt. (12 lb or 5 1/4-No. 2 1/2 cn) jam

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread buttered slice of bread with2 tbsp peanut butter. Spread 2 tbsp jam on second slice of buttered bread. Combine slices

NOTE: 1. Other variations in sandwich spread may be used.
2. 6-18 oz jar peanut butter may be used.
3. 6-2 lb jar jelly may be used.
