INGREDIENTS
200 slices (12 lb) bread
1 qt. (2 lb) Salad Dressing
150 slices (6 lb 4 oz) bologna, thinly sliced
150 slices (6 lb 4 oz) thuringer, thinly sliced
150 slices (6 lb 4 oz) liver sausage, thinly sliced
150 slices (6 lb 4 oz) luncheon loaf, thinly sliced
150 slices (6 lb 4 oz) salami, thinly sliced
100 slices (6lb 4 oz) cheese, sliced
200 slices (10 lb 9 oz) tomatoes, fresh, thinly sliced
1 1/2 qt. (2 lb) onions, dry ,thinly sliced (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread bread with Salad Dressing. Select 1 type of meat; place 3 slices of selected meat on 1 slice of bread. Top with 1 slice cheese, lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, sliced onions (See Note), and second slice of bread.
NOTE: If desired, thinly sliced tomatoes and onions may be omitted. Place them in serving containers near sandwiches for self-service.
