Temperature: 350 degrees F. Griddle
INGREDIENTS
37 lb 8 oz. beef, ground, tempered
200 each (25 packages of 8 buns) hamburger buns
1 lb (1-No. 2½ cn) canned soup, dehydrated, onion
1 qt. water
INSTRUCTIONS
Add dehydrated, onion soup to water; mix thoroughly. Add onion mixture to ground beef. Mix together. Shape into patties 3/8-inch thick weighing 3 oz each. Grill 3 minutes or until brown; turn and grill on other side 3 minutes. Serve on split buns.
NOTE: 1. In place of hamburger packages, use 1 recipe for "Sandwich Buns" recipe.
2. If desired, buns may be toasted.
3. If available, char-broiler may be used instead of grill.
