INGREDIENTS

200 each (37 lb 8 oz) bockwurst
2 1/2 gal. water
200 each (25 lb) rolls, frankfurter

INSTRUCTIONS

Grill bockwurst slowly on 350 degrees F. griddle, turning frequently until thoroughly heated and browned. Serve on rolls.
