INGREDIENTS
200 each (37 lb 8 oz) bratwurst
2 1/2 gal. water
200 each (25 lb) rolls, frankfurter
INSTRUCTIONS
Grill bratwurst slowly on 350 degrees F. griddle, turning frequently until thoroughly heated and browned. Alternately, bratwurst may be deep fat fried at 350 degrees F. for five minutes. Serve on rolls.
