INGREDIENTS
100 each (25 lb) knockwurst
2 1/2 gal. water
100 each (12 lb 8 oz) rolls, frankfurter
INSTRUCTIONS
Cover knockwurst with water, bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Drain, leaving enough water to cover bottom of container. Keep hot until served. Serve on rolls.
