Chinese Mustard Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups (8 oz) mustard, ground
1 1/2 cups water

INSTRUCTIONS

Add water gradually to mustard and blend until smooth.

NOTE: 1. Serve with egg rolls.
2. If a hotter sauce is desired, cover and refrigerate overnight.
