6 1/4 gal. Beef Stock recipe, prepared, cooked, boiling
1 1/2 qt. (3 lb) barley
Season to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare "Beef Stock" recipe. Add barley to boiling stock. Simmer, stirring frequently, about 20 minutes or until barley is tender. Season to taste.
