INGREDIENTS

6 1/4 gal. Beef Stock recipe, prepared, cooked, boiling
1 1/2 qt. (1 lb) noodles
Season to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare "Beef Stock" recipe. Add noodles to boiling stock. Simmer, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes or until noodles are tender. Season to taste.
