INGREDIENTS

6 1/4 gal. Beef Stock recipe, prepared, cooked, boiling
4 cups (2 lb) rice
Season to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare "Beef Stock" recipe. Add rice to boiling stock. Simmer, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Season to taste.
