6 1/4 gal. Turkey Stock recipe, prepared, cooked, boiling
4 cups (1 lb 12 oz) steamed rice, prepared, cooked
season to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook rice according to directions on the "Steamed Rice" recipe; add to turkey stock; cover; bring to a boil; season to taste.
