INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 qt. (2 lb 8 oz) bacon, chopped
1 1/2 qt. (2 lb) onions, dry, chopped
3 3/4 gal. (34 lb 6 oz or 5-No. 10 cn) beans, white, canned with pork in tomato sauce
2 1/2 cups catsup, tomato
2 qt. (2 lb 8 oz) sugar, brown
3/4 cup (6 oz) mustard, prepared
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown bacon in roasting pan. DO NOT DRAIN. Add onions and cook until lightly browned. Add bacon-onion mixture to remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour about 2 1/2 gal mixture into each greased pan. Bake uncovered, 1 to 2 hours or until browned.
