Green Beans Creole

INGREDIENTS

16 lb. beans, green, frozen
4 tbsp. salt
to cover (variable) water, boiling
1 1/2 gal. Creole Sauce, prepared

INSTRUCTIONS

Add beans; cover with water. Add 4 tbsp salt. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Reserve 1 qt liquid. Set beans and liquid aside. Prepare 1 1/2 gal "Creole Sauce" recipe. Add to drained beans. heat to serving temperature.
